Answer:           Yes.

Question:        How do I start therapy?

Question:        What is counseling?
Answer:           It is an opportunity to learn about yourself, to heal, to change and to create the life you deserve.

Questions:      Do I need counseling?
Answers:         I feel we all can use some help, guidance and encouragement from time to time. I also believe that creating change can be difficult to do without help. If you need help, guidance, support and encouragement, then counseling is for you. If you want to make change and don't know how, then counseling is for you.

Answers:         That is a great question! Please call me and we can talk about this.
